  13. Will Grand China Shipping bill per diem directly to trucker, or the customer?
    • Per diem will be billed to the trucker.
  14. If the container is delayed in devanning exams (such as CET, MET), which party will Grand China Shipping bill per diem to?
    • Per diem due to devanning exams will be billed to the consignee unless we use Price Transfer to move the unit. In that case, Price Transfer will bill the consignee.
  15. For IPI shipments, will the customer have to pay for Clean Truck Fees?
    • The customer is not responsible for Clean Truck Fees for cargo moved to the ramp. CTF is not required outside of the Los Angeles area.
